Two males came in a truck that had CBD movers logo on. We engaged CBD Removalists to move normal household items from a 2BR apartment in Elwood to a 2BR apartment in Ripponlea/Elsternwick in Melbourne. The bad experience: They sent a small truck with 2 men to undertake the move inspite of us listing the items of furniture to be moved. Obviously the truck was too small on the day; so the removalists offered to return the next day to complete the move. Excellent service. Both of the removalists were quick, efficient and careful, making sure to even dust some of our items going into the truck! They were friendly and accommodated for extra items that needed to be moved. Fantastic and would definitely recommend again! this company is a thieving disgusting company they are quick to take your money but when the delivery drivers lie about the time they started and the time they finished just to steal extra money the customer support team wants you to wait 24hrs to see if they will give you a refund. will not recommend to anyone and if you do use them make sure you keep track of their times as they will steal from you

They quote you for use of stairs and they charge you again saying it's for heavy items that they are unable to identify.
