Our Old Customer from Hendra, QLD shared his happiness again

One of our old customers called us from Queensland and asked us for a quote to move his 4-bedroom house and garden items safely to the other location. As per the size and number of household and gardening items, the customer wanted to move his stuff in a big truck. This customer had taken our services earlier and again wanted to book with us, as he found our movers quick and fast with a polite nature. Our sales agent checked with the concerned department and coordinated with the movers to get the job done as per the customer’s needs. And ultimately, with his best efforts, agent booked the customer successfully to move his all items safely.

Our movers called the customer 30 minutes prior, and the time movers reached the location, they quickly started their job and packed the furniture in a blanket with straps, as the number of items was too large. As we understand the value of our customer’s stuff, our movers carried the trolley to load and unload the heavy stuff to avoid any damage and scratches. Without wasting much time, the movers loaded all the stuff on the truck and departed for a drop-off location which was just a little far. On the drop-off location, there were around 60 stairs to reach inside the house, but the movers kept on working with smiley faces, as they love their job and they always tried to make the customer happy. Our movers arranged all the stuff in the rooms as per the customer requirement and also assembled all the furniture items. Finally, garden stuff was also arranged in a mannered way.
Once again, our customer was so grateful and satisfied to see the work and helping nature of our movers. Sales agent remained in continuous touch with the movers to finish the entire job safely and on time. Even charges for the stairs were waived off for the customer. The customer showed his gratitude as we waived off the stairs charges for him and even work was finished before the estimated time. For the convenience of our customers, our movers always carry the F-POS machine with them. The customer again promised to book all of his moving jobs in future with us.
